It’s a little bit of a cooler day today for us and it makes me so excited for fall! This year fall is even better because Brooklyn is due at the end of October. 2 months left!
I have a little less than 2 months until my due date! I’m feeling huge and ready! I love feeling Brooklyn wiggling around inside of me but I’m very ready for her to come out so I can cuddle her. My body has felt the changes of this pregnancy a lot more than my pregnancy with Avery. Since it’s my second baby I guess my body knew exactly what it needed to so it started a lot earlier. 2nd Trimester Recap!!
I am 28 weeks and officially in the third trimester! I feel like this pregnancy has flown by! (It’s probably because I’ve been go go go this whole time haha). Right now Brooklyn is the size of a coconut and I have gained 17.5 pounds so far. My belly isn’t tiny to me but often people think it’s small because she’s so low and my belly starts pushing out under my pants line where most people don’t see it. In both my pregnancies my weight has gone mostly to my sides and thighs unfortunately but I’ve learned to accept it and enjoy my pregnancy! Continue reading
2 Year Anniversary!!
Josh and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary yippie! Although we’ve only been married for 2 years I can’t remember what life was like without him. Getting married when you already have a 1 year old daughter makes it a little bit different than other people who are getting married. We didn’t have much of a honeymoon phase because we were already full time parents but our lives together have always been exactly how we would want it.
20 weeks!
I’m half way there! I know the first half goes by much quicker than the second because part of that time you don’t know your pregnant but we are that much closer to meeting our sweet girl! I had dreamed about being pregnant with our second baby and growing our family for awhile and now that’s it’s actually happening I couldn’t be happier! Continue reading

Budgeting as a family
Hello hello everyone! This is my first blog since Josh and I announced that we are pregnant with our second baby!! 🙂 We couldn’t be happier and Avery is so excited to soon have a little brother or sister! I am only 7 weeks but we got a little excited to tell people haha. With a new baby comes lots of costs! Happy New Year!
Happy New Year everyone! It is a little weird to no longer be writing 2016. It always takes me a good month to get used to it haha. Of course last night I was reflecting on our year as everyone does and I saw a lot of favor from God in our lives in 2016. He taught us patience, how to really lean on him and how ultimately he is in control and will work everything together for good.
